It's easy to use and integrate with other apps or systems. The support team is always available for any issues we may have. I would like it if they had more customization options for fields that are not included in their templates. Also, having multiple pages of information can be time consuming when entering information into an app. For instance, if you have 3 screens or pages of questions with 10-15 questions each page, that could take a while to enter all the information. If you need a simple, fast entry tool, FormsOnFire is a great option. They make it very easy to fill out surveys which are then stored in a database so you can pull up a survey later.
