I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this software, as long we have good understanding of how business works - there are some additional features which would require more knowledge about running small businesses or specific industries (e-commerce). I like that it allows you to create your own templates, as well as allowing others to use them via an API or other means (such as Zapier). It's easy enough to learn if you have experience with MS Office applications/files. I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use, even if they're not super technical or computer savvy! It has made our job as Accountants much easier by making sure we have all of this information in one place instead of having multiple sources scattered throughout various systems/apps etc.. We still need some training but overall very happy with how well things are working out now compared when trying other options previously (ie using Google Sheets).
