I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this software, as long we have good understanding of how business works - there are some additional features which would require more knowledge about running small businesses or specific industries (e-commerce).

It helps us save time in creating our reports but sometimes you need someone with deeper technical skills help out when something goes wrong during process execution / production run etc.. Definitely worth trying if your looking into saving money through automation! We were solving issues related data collection & management by automating manual reporting tasks using formitorizate platform.
