I like that it allows you to create your own templates, as well as allowing others to use them via an API or other means (such as Zapier). It's easy enough to learn if you have experience with MS Office applications/files. The interface can be confusing at first glance but once you get used to how things work in general they become easier to navigate through. We are solving our need of having many different departments input data into one system by creating custom fields so we don't lose any information when transferring between systems.
