Edit Five months later one of the fans seems to be dying. This was the first addition to my computer that added RGB and increased airflow. I was a bit unsure how to put this all together, but it was stupidly simple (connect the fans to the controller and connect the controller for power). I'm not entirely sure if they added any new sounds. I added two intake fans to the front and replaced the exhaust fan so I ended up going from three fans (including the CPU cooler) to five. I'm sure I would hear something if I could crank the fans up a bit (seems to only have two fan speeds - low and high). If you want to play around with RGB without breaking the bank, get these fans. Big brands (like Corsair) will cost you around $60 per fan. With this kit you get three fans for half that amount. If you're bored and need something new during the pandemic, go for it.
