This solution does not have any issues, it works perfectly! The support team helps you with everything from installation process through configuration of all necessary components up until running your system (which can take weeks).

They are also very responsive in case anything goes wrong or we need their help for some reason - they respond within hours/days at most times; sometimes even before I am able to get my hands dirty figuring out what went horribly awry myself :) Their solutions work as advertised so far but nothing special has been noticed yet apart form minor details that would be easy enough fix if needed ;-) We have integrated our customer relationship into Jira using custom fields plus many other add-ons including Asana task manager integration via Zapier etc.
