I like how flexible it is for both my clients and myself. The system allows me to input information quickly and easily, and gives me immediate access to my client's information. It also helps keep track of time spent on projects and invoices as well as billing. There are not many problems with this program. Sometimes I have trouble finding specific information. A very useful tool, but be sure to invest the time needed to learn all of its features. I am able to bill my clients more efficiently than before.
