There are sooo many mixed reviews about this camera. Once you understand what the instructions say, setting it up is pretty easy. The picture is great (for the price). It's not 4K. However, if you want a 4K security camera to cost $$$$, it doesn't come cheap. I was able to install and connect two of these and split them on my phone. You can use it on your computer, but you need an Android emulator. Again, if you understand that, it's good. Note: When you run the program on the emulator for the first time, it looks like it is locked. You have to swipe left twice on the screen (like on a phone). This will take you to the "next" screen where you set everything up. You can find the same ones here at Revain for a lot less, they are exactly the same. Most of the complaints (besides it not working) come from a lack of understanding of the facility. Yes, it works on Android 10 or later. I am working on OnePlus 8T. Much luck!
