Review on ๐Ÿšฐ Efficient Water Centerset Bathroom Faucet - Pfister LF042JDKK by Dennis Goozmer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

After many tries. I was looking for that!

I've had an interest in waterfall faucets for years. I first saw it at a hardware store, but after seeing the price tag of over $200 I wasn't sure I could ever justify buying it. Then comes the best store in the world, Revain! I have found dozens of attractively designed waterfall faucets at very reasonable prices! Only catch. Many have connectors that are not standard in the US, and the reliability of some models is questionable. I actually tried 3 different designs of the name "no brand" and each had problems. A very common problem is that many of them don't have a regulator to ensure maximum flow. With every regular faucet I've bought I've had to adjust the water valves under the sink to control the flow of water so it doesn't rush out at high speed and make a mess. No big deal, right? Well, that's the problem. If you adjust it so that the 50/50 hot/cold mix comes out at the perfect rate, it barely comes out if you only have one side (hot or cold). Or if one side or the other is perfect, then the warm water mixture is too quick. Again. Chaos! Then this beauty comes along! At this point I was ready to jump on board with a quality brand but without putting my wallet at risk! This device cost me about $40 more than the regular faucet I bought. and it was worth every penny! But still significantly cheaper than hardware store prices. By the way, I bought a model with matte chrome. I love the soft look and have never bothered with chrome because of fingerprints and smudges that you can never avoid. hoses). Simply screw the 1/2" brass adapters (included) onto the plumbing, lower the faucet into the sink, tighten the faucet, then insert the copper faucet plumbing into the plumbing adapters, snap the pin clamp into place, and switch Turn on the new faucet.!The first thing that struck me right away was how smoothly the stream of water flowed down and out of the spout.Very stable, it didn't "break" nor splash or be hard. Here it is best way to describe water flow. Cheap models have water pressure, this model has water volume. Lots of water flows out but seems to use gravity rather than pressure (so it's not messy or splashing everywhere). Water valves. They are fully open and I let the faucet do its job. And it does it amazingly! Whether it's really cold, really hot or in the middle (warm), the pressure is always the same! Fixed, it doesn't matter where you turn the crank. That must have impressed me the most! The absolute biggest difference you will notice between this faucet and a regular faucet. Noise! Read reviews of most of these other faucets and you'll see a trend of complaints that noise levels are annoyingly high even when everything else is perfect. This was another reason to mute the valves under the sink on other models, it helped keep noise levels down. This faucet is very quiet! And that's great because you can hear the natural sound the water is making. While the faucet isn't quiet, I find it to be much quieter than regular sink faucets that have an aerator that creates "static TV sound". I hope you found this helpful in your decision to buy a waterfall faucet. They are really pleasant to use, children will want to use the tap more often (wash their hands, brush their teeth), and every guest will be fascinated by it. Expect compliments!
