WELL DONE VERY GOOD WESTERN PATTERN TOOL
Bought for my Miniature Australian Shepherd aka North American Shepherd so unfortunately his longer coat mostly hides his new western jewelry but that's ok. I like how the ends of the collar are tapered and the rest of the collar is wider.
