Review on Get the Ultimate DMXSLOTS Exclusive Racing Package Now! by Kevin Schnitzer

The racing set received on the 12th was easy to set up. Every fourth car drives very slowly and stops constantly. Tried changing the battery, nothing helped. The other three cars are running great. I can't find a phone number to call the company, I signed up for DMX slots and emailed on Friday and still no reply on Monday. The parent company is based in China. I've read reviews where others say the customer service is excellent. I would like to know how they were able to contact someone. I hope to have four cars for my grandchildren. This product had very good reviews, so I relied on it. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
