Very light and easy to use, this weed burner is just about perfect. The hose connects effortlessly to the lightweight handle and just as easily to the gas grill's propane tank. You must slowly open the valve on the propane cylinder to prevent the safety valve in the handle from tripping. By slowly increasing the pressure and then slowly opening the valve on the handle, you are ready to ignite. One click on the detonator and you're ready to destroy anything you don't want to grow. Even when open, the tube prevents the kinks from being folded and transported. This shortens your distance to the tank on an already short hose. There's no cover for the battery, but there's no risk of it falling out as the case holds it tight. Aside from those small details, it serves the purpose it was designed for and does it well. I love that I don't have to use chemicals and so far the plants I didn't want to burn have had minimal impact despite extensive use for nearby weed control. Definitely recommend this as a great alternative to chemical weed control.
