I am new to TIG welding and this machine really helps me to keep the rod moving at the right pace. I still have a lot of practice ahead of me, but this makes the task a lot easier.

Tried to use steel filler but the dies on the rod are too big to fit the TIG pen. Thought it would be nice to help me with TIG welding but I didn't get a chance to use it.

saves from heat! TIG welding itself is a slow process, just roll the filler material and keep your hands off the torch without doing too much.

Very well finished product, very comfortable in the hand. I would recommend this to others. I took off a star because I feel the finger wheel could have been a bit bigger for better operation. I really had to keep it moving to keep up with my sweat pool.

Other pen-sized models caused fatigue and cramps after long-term use. This model is larger and easier to use. It also keeps the fill bar in place so you don't have to worry if you don't have your finger on the roller. If I could change anything I would make the cutscene bigger, that's just me, the cutscene works great the way it is.

I can feed the wire but I'm not that stable anymore. This allows me to turn the dial precisely and feed the rod. It's large and fits perfectly in my gloved hand. The steel bar is fed normally. I have a pack of aluminum rods (3/32"") that bent slightly in transit and the feed wheel slips when the bend touches the unit. Well, not perfect, but otherwise it works very well. I would buy it again. if i lose this one.

For some reason the shape of this TIG pen is easier to handle and use than other 'slim' design TIG pens. With this design, you can hold the rod better and feed the rod more easily. I noticed that my fingers and hand didn't cramp and that I had more control over the situation. The tool has a screw that allows you to adjust the tension of the bar. The tension setting is easy to understand and use. Although I think it looks a bit unusual, I've had good welding experiences with this tool.

Received the fill tool today. Doesn't work as well as my fine filler pen. The problem is that the wheel slips under traction. Correction is exactly the opposite of common sense. Without the rod inserted, the wheel should spin freely. T-8 adjustment tool included. I used a TT-8 in the grip to remove the bolt holding the mainspring under the wheel. Bending over for more friction is a misnomer. That only makes the situation worse. I took the spring at the bend next to the hole with pliers and bent
