Nothing to say. It not only reduces the penetration of dust into the interior, but also eliminates odors particularly well. Example: I can walk past a skunk on the side of the road and hardly realize it's there. This counts as "effective" for me. Two caveats: (1) Depending on the vehicle (e.g. my Ford Escape), installation can be a little painful; and (2) it is not as effective at eliminating odors when it rains. Conclusion: This is a Fram product. Works and is not expensive.
