It has been a few weeks now that the cap in the cleaning tank has already broken making the machine unusable as it cannot suck in water. Called Bissell and they will send a new tank but considering I've only used it to clean three rooms I assume this will be a recurring problem unless they rebuild replacement tanks to accommodate it the plastic doesn't break when you close the tank. *Update, they sent a new tank, straight out of the box, still wrapped in plastic, it broke in the same place as mine. Another call to Bissell to ship me the part free of charge which takes about a week and a half. So I had to use it over the weekend, I received it, it broke the next weekend and now I can't use it for 20 days. Here's a handy carpet cleaner for you.
