He wears size 7 tennis shoes and he has room for his toes but as they are worn with socks I left them at size 7. However, I scaled these clogs down! I chose 6.5 so they can stay on their feet with or without socks! And they do. We recently went to a water park and he wore them. It slipped out once or twice but if you want a more precise fit a size 6 might be ok but we think that's ok as it can grow a bit! Also, they are so pretty blue and the fish and duck are precious! They are also a good price for what appear to be good quality clogs.
