The software has been easy to use as well as customize for our business needs. It's user friendly, it works in all browsers (Chrome/Firefox) so no problems there - which makes life easier when we have clients using multiple devices! We are still looking at implementing some more features but that should be fairly straightforward once they're available from their support team. Nothing yet really; though I think most of what you'd need would come with your hosting service or subscription anyway. Try out different plans before making any final decisions about how much capacity you want - especially if this will replace existing functionality rather than complementing it. Our sales department can now manage new leads effectively via the website, allowing them time off during office hours without having to go through a customer call centre agent first.
