SDHC Owners Attention - Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Just got it in the mail and installed it so these are first impressions. When I opened it I was very impressed with how it looks, very professional and subtle. I like the matte finish, it seems like a solid device. After installing it on my computer, I encountered a few problems: My biggest problem is the user manual. I'm quite a technical guy but there were also a few things I wanted answers to like the SATA cable is only needed if I want to use the eSata port and why it needs a power cable. I'll find out for myself by experimenting with this, but I don't have to and I wouldn't address it, but I'm doing it because the guide is so easy, its main purpose is to figure out what each cable is /port. which anyone buying this to install on their computer should already know, so they should just call it a warranty manual. My other issue is that I ordered this because I'm into photography and need my computer to read SD cards and I have some of the high speed SDHC cards that this reader is advertised with. After half an hour trying to insert an SDHC as easily as a regular SD, and checking the Rosewill website to see if the card is actually supported, I let my frustration out and put the card in with a very in the slot sharp crackling pop. God that was a trick to put my card in, I'm very unhappy that I have to put my card in the slot every time and I'm afraid this will be the end of my reader but time will tell. All in all, this is a very cool card reader. /usb hub I wish they had 4 USB 3.0 ports instead of an eSata port, like 4 USB 2.0 ports as I would make the most of it. I think it was well worth the money and a solid addition to my gaming rig and I would recommend it to others and decided to give it 3 stars instead of 4 due to the SD slot and poor user manual.
