Product appears to be of good quality. There are no instructions on how to use it. Brass sleeve/rubber ring special size. It was too small for a screw cap bottle. I wrapped a rubber band around one side of the sleeve so it fits snugly around the bottle. I'm happy with the last project! New update, I went to Home Depot aisle 42 and got a #10 o-ring. The brass coupler now fits the bottle perfectly!
