Product appears to be of good quality. There are no instructions on how to use it. Brass sleeve/rubber ring special size. It was too small for a screw cap bottle. I wrapped a rubber band around one side of the sleeve so it fits snugly around the bottle. I'm happy with the last project! New update, I went to Home Depot aisle 42 and got a #10 o-ring. The brass coupler now fits the bottle perfectly!

This is amazing. I have tried many useless souvenir wine bottle stoppers and they have been lousy and cheap. Aside from that, for $12 you get metal collars, a HUGE quality wick, and caps. If you are looking for real tiki style bottle torches with a nice big flame and some bug smoke this is great. I recommend buying a set of o-rings as there is only one pair of the same size in that set. We had no problem putting oil in the bottles pictured which are just cheap $1 bottles. The wick burns much slower than regular cotton. After a few hours they weren't burning at all.
