Needs better customer service: Logistaas

I like how it was simple, we can see everything at once so that you don't have to go back over old data or miss something new by not having access in real time from anywhere. It's been difficult using this program because they aren't always available online when needed which makes it more of an inconvenience than helpful. You need constant communication with them if there are any issues while trying to navigate your way around, but all too often those emails never come. If someone else has used it before then you will know what the problems were as well. This helps us keep track of our shipments. We use it both internally within our own business and externally between customers/shippers.

Pros
  • There seems no problem accessing information remotely even though remote connections may be challenging sometimes maybe due lackluster internet? Not sure why some folks cannot connect consistently..but others do fine and fast! All info updated timely; most current statuses displayed easily (
