You sent the wrong size and it is too big. I will probably have to wait a year before she can wear this otherwise I would give this item 5 stars as far as I can tell, it's absolutely amazing quality - very stretchy material but the legs are too long. I checked the size chart and they definitely sent the wrong size. Also, I'm looking forward to her wearing this one day, but it's very frustrating because I bought it so she can wear it now.
