Protects the key fob as intended, can't comment on how well the design stays visible because we haven't had it with me for a long time . What I really dislike is the amount of lint and other crap that sticks to it while it's in my purse or my husband's pocket. Everything depends on it. That's to be expected, so you'll have to deal with this if you want to keep your key fob scratch-free, and yes, it definitely makes your large key fob even bulkier than it already was.
