Bra does run a little small. Luckily I stuck to my gut and ordered my regular size after reading reviews.I have severe fibromyalgia with horrible back pain. So far for the last 5 hours of wearing this it feels good. The bra isn't to long but long enough. I have a short torso.Shoulder straps are perfect. If not for the band (will loosen with wear) I wouldn't know I have it on.Back fat and sides are smooth and firm. Cups are double layered. So far no poking out there.This bra does support your back and shoulders. It will take getting use to.Highly recommend.Update:Sent back doesn't hold up with first wash,
