I work as a tour guide in a museum that is often full of classrooms and very noisy. This amp does the job. (I've tried other personal amps and the feedback has plagued me.) I can crank the volume all the way up and still get no feedback. I get about four hours to initially charge the battery and the light is still bright, so I'm expecting good battery life. I highly recommend this product. It works best with the supplied headset microphone. I've tried several tie mics and they all responded very well. It would be great if the manufacturer offered a tie mic that would work with this device. Tie clips are more convenient and less obtrusive than headphones.
