SimpleK - Great experience, great people

The customer service is fantastic and I have had very easy contact with them even after having my contract end. They always take my request/proposal suggestions into account but also do things my own way because they are flexible (I believe?). We worked together to help develop both our technical design and their product line. If you look around other firms that can handle your same needs then consider checking out multiple companies or just ask for several quotes- not all products & solutions will meet ALL YOUR requirements if it does find someone who DOES! We were able to implement this software without too many issues as far as functionality goes although there was an impact because we lost existing clients during transition time. The team at simplek are very friendly and helpful. They have been able to work with us over many years now and we always get good results from them. I would say that they can be slow sometimes but this is more down to our own internal processes than anything else. We've used their expertise for several large scale projects including one recently where they were involved in developing an automated system which was then implemented by another firm.

  • You dont need lots oof resources, IT experience etc., its designed so anyone could use

  • Just some minor downsides about how slowly ppl respond initially when asked questions
