SimpleK - Great experience, great people

The customer service is fantastic and I have had very easy contact with them even after having my contract end. They always take my request/proposal suggestions into account but also do things my own way because they are flexible (I believe?). We worked together to help develop both our technical design and their product line. If you look around other firms that can handle your same needs then consider checking out multiple companies or just ask for several quotes- not all products & solutions…

  • You dont need lots oof resources, IT experience etc., its designed so anyone could use
Cons
  • Just some minor downsides about how slowly ppl respond initially when asked questions
