The included insoles are not the best, but can be removed to replace with custom insoles with better support or as needed. They're easy to slip on and off, look good in the office, and are relatively cheap for the quality. I bought these to relieve plantar fasciitis pain because they work better than any other dress I've found. They can be paired with New Balance insoles or green Happy Foot insoles that work as well.
