What happened to this manufacturer? This shoe is perfect for people with wide feet. I wear 9.5 6E. On the advice of my podiatrist I ordered a size up as I was having some healing issues and he thought a wider shoe would give my foot a chance to heal for a while. I ordered 10.5 6E high, I already have 9.5 6E. The shoes that arrived were clearly marked 10.5 6E but were actually 10.5 watts. Stay away from your manufacturer. Unfortunately I am disappointed in them. This is the second pair I've…

Pros
  • New Balance
Cons
  • Problems

The included insoles are not the best, but can be removed to replace with custom insoles with better support or as needed. They're easy to slip on and off, look good in the office, and are relatively cheap for the quality. I bought these to relieve plantar fasciitis pain because they work better than any other dress I've found. They can be paired with New Balance insoles or green Happy Foot insoles that work as well.

Pros
  • Rubber outsole
Cons
  • Worries me

Questionable quality

There were two issues with this shoe. The right shoe tilted my foot inward and I felt weird. It's like standing on uneven ground. It was very uncomfortable. When I took out the insole and looked for the cause of this problem, I found a second problem. Both shoes had a bundle of long, protruding threads under the insole. It turned out that these are the free ends of the threads that attach the sole to the shoe. Pulling this seam is pretty easy. At this point I was no longer interested in finding

Pros
  • Abzorb for comfort
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good pair of shoes: moccasins and slippers

Bought these shoes for my husband. His foot is 4e, which is not found in our area, even in upscale shoe stores. They appear to be sewn on the toe, each side, even the balls of the feet and back. There is material between the tongue and the back of the shoe that my husband seems to like. He says they are really comfortable and appear to be well made. He's had them for about a month, but he wears them to work two or three times a week. So far, so good.

Pros
  • roll for stability
Cons
  • zero

Bought these for airline travel so I don't have to unlace them at security. They exceeded my expectations in almost every way. First, like most Dunham shoes I've owned, they offered a predictable and stable fit for my wide foot. They are very comfortable right out of the box. They have high quality leather and the finishes are attractive and stylish. Actually I only wanted to use them for flying, but I quickly found that they are very comfortable for everyday use and even for longer walks…

Pros
  • Non-marking sole
Cons
  • Does not go with everything
