Review on Dunham Men's Wade Slip Black 13: Sturdy & Stylish Slip-Ons for Modern Men by Ryan Sandell

Bought these for airline travel so I don't have to unlace them at security. They exceeded my expectations in almost every way. First, like most Dunham shoes I've owned, they offered a predictable and stable fit for my wide foot. They are very comfortable right out of the box. They have high quality leather and the finishes are attractive and stylish. Actually I only wanted to use them for flying, but I quickly found that they are very comfortable for everyday use and even for longer walks. They've been optimized for long walks, but actually offer a lot more cushioning and support than I expected. The outsole offers great traction even on wet surfaces. I am deducting a star for what appears to be early wear on the heel of the sole. Clutch combs of this rating seem to wear out a little sooner than I would like. However, especially for the price and given the looks, comfort and support, I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
