So far so good. I've sent it in for cleaning on both carpet and hardwood floors. He didn't run down the stairs, which is a big plus, but he did try to fight the ladder and push it across the room. I have no idea how he chooses the cleaning mode, but the floors were fairly clean, if not perfect. The mud cup was fairly easy to clean and replace.
