Order half a size larger than your street shoes for a perfect fit. I weigh 195 pounds. and have very flat arches so I need shoes with strong motion control to avoid planter fasciitis. Brooks Beast works great to keep my legs and knees happy during and after my daily 4 mile walks. The insoles that come with the shoes are pretty good, better than regular sneaker insoles, but I replaced them with Superfeet Green insoles because I need maximum support. The shoes are very well made and the materials look very high quality. I've ridden these shoes just over 50 miles and see no signs of wear or midsole failure. I think they are worth the money.
