I opened the topper and put it on the bed with the window open for 4 days. This is clearly not enough to "airβ this topper. It's been two weeks and it still smells; it has a very "chemical" solvent odor. I sprinkle baking soda on it hoping it will neutralize the odor, but I doubt it will help. I bought toppers for my other beds and they smelled bad at first but the smell went away within a few days. I can not believe it. I may have to throw the topper in the trash if I can't get rid of its toxic smell. Does charcoal work? Any suggestions? I regret buying this topper and do not recommend others to buy it.
