I bought this display to work from our RV while we travel by plane. Unpacking revealed a very well packaged product. However, the first connection attempt was disappointing. The display would not turn on when connected to either the Thunderbolt port or the provided USB port. The instructions provided suggested trying a different Thunderbolt cable and my newly purchased cable turned on the display. With my new cable, the display works as advertised. Very cool product - not cool that I had to shell out the extra bucks for a zip cord that would work. Pricey but worth it if it can stand up to everyday use.
