I have 24in tires and had to cut these a little bit. I didn't have to cut all of them the same amount though, so if you need them to be exactly the length advertised there will likely be a few that are short. Cutting them was easy though. And they were easy to put on, and don't seem like they will fall off; they wrap all the way around and stay closed.
