I like that it allows for multiple physicians at one time. This is very helpful when you have a large practice with many different providers in several specialties. If you are looking for something more robust than what this has available then maybe look elsewhere. We use Medic as our primary method of patient communication between us (and insurance companies). We also use it to communicate to other members of my team and keep track of who's seen which patient/visit - we can do this without having to email or call eachother back and forth.
