I like that we have access from anywhere with internet connectivity via my phone (Android) & laptop/PC at home! It is very user friendly for our staff who are scattered all over Australia but still need information when they're out in remote locations where there may be no other way around it than by mobile device - which means using TRA Land gives us great flexibility as well! The support team can sometimes seem slow responding especially during peak hours so try not use this if your looking into something urgent because its better off waiting till morning / early afternoon rather then getting an answer within minutes!! We've been able solve several issues relating remotely working employees being unable connect their laptops due too lack wifi availability etc..
