I like that it is easy enough for anyone who has basic knowledge of computer technology, but also advanced if needed with all features included in one place! The customer service support was excellent as well - very friendly & helpful throughout our entire experience using their product which includes both setting up initial account setup (which took about 10 minutes) AND ongoing training/support whenever we had questions or issues along way through implementation process! We are currently working towards implementing this solution into an internal application at work so everyone can use without needing any additional software installed outside program itself!! Our current system lacks functionality allowing us employees access across multiple departments within same organization when doing business together online via email etc., therefore requiring more time than necessary spent communicating back n forth between different people involved rather then just being able make decisions quicker overall while reducing wasted resources used sending emails instead!!
