I have an article about clean windshields. So much so that I always have a bunch of detergent in the car. Due to the distance and my large hands, I've always had trouble getting to the edges of the windshield. I wanted something fragile so I could stash it in my car and have it on hand when needed. This cleaning tool disassembles into 2 pieces and fits perfectly in my trunk bag. The first thing I noticed was that it is very light. The kit includes a small spray bottle and 3 replacement microfiber towels. The head simply snaps onto the handle and off you go. I tend to spray the window a lot to clean it, so the first rag I use is actually window cleaning. The second rag is dry and clean. I lightly mist the window and use the tool to erase any streaks with it. The handle slides out. It is 20 inches long when closed and 25 inches long when unfolded. That's more than enough to get into the corners around the window. Now I can easily close the entire window without changing seats! The only thing I noticed is that the lace/top corner of the fabric tends to pull away from the window when fully extended and reaching tight spots. I found I have to turn my head and use the flat side. This is because the rotating pillow is on a pivoting head that points towards the flat end rather than the tip. It's not a deal breaker, but there were some really tight corners at the end that he didn't hit that ended up having to be done by hand. That's why I give 4 stars. After cleaning all the windows with it, I felt the handle could be more comfortable. If I could change something, I would center the swivel head to put more even pressure on the pillow and change the grip to be more ergonomic. I love cleaning windows with it! Aside from the small things mentioned, I have to say that sometimes the simplest things are the best. 😀🚗
