Not the best on the market but works great

This is normal. I would love it if I didn't already have another brand to compare it to. - There are no finger holes for your fingers (like in a glove). Individual fingers are not massaged from all sides, but only from above and below. And the pressure pushes my pinky and thumb outward so they don't get massaged at all. (You will massage something if the intensity is set too high). I uploaded a photo of how my hand looks after the massage - the dents the machine makes are pretty cool, but as you can see there are no dents on my thumb or pinky. because they avoided most of the massage - the heat is barely noticeable. I was very disappointed with the lack of warmth and that there is no way to adjust it to make it warmer. It's only on or off. - The buttons are REALLY hard to read and I have no problem seeing them. They are very faintly written and I have to shine my cell phone flashlight on them to read them. - Since there are no finger holes, you can lower the airbag with more movement. I like it. It feels good but doesn't move up and down the arm. It just works on your fingers and/or palms. - It is delivered uncharged. I plugged it in and left home for 3 hours and when I came back it was fully charged. I am not sure how long it has been charging. I was able to use it multiple times on one charge. It has an automatic shut-off timer for 5, 10 and 15 minutes. If you can read the keys, you'll know which ones to press. - It has 3 modes: relaxation, healing and relief. They're all cute, some squeeze hard so the blood rushes to your fingers, but then let go and the blood flows again. Oddly enough, it's beautiful. - It doesn't squeeze my wrist painfully like the other machine I have (I have to disable wrist massage on this one). It feels really good on my wrist. I have constant arm cramps and these devices help with that. I was hoping to get two machines so they could massage her at the same time. But personally I'm not happy with that. It's fine, and if you've never owned a handheld massager before, you'll almost certainly love it - although you might get a black marker to write on the buttons.
