They work, but they also do other things.

There were no instructions or indicators for what color and voltage and after a week of use I noticed a persistent pain in the front of my mouth as if I was slowly moving my teeth from chewing these blocks . I have since stopped using them and slightly but slowly the pain subsided and I now have an unsettling feeling that my teeth are not in the position they used to rest.
