
I use it so much it almost never gets removed. My daughter bought a pack of 10 pork chops and I cooked them all so they wouldn't go bad. After making them sous vide, I put some in the freezer for storage. Later when I took them out I cooked them and they taste the same as the first ones that were never frozen. I use it so much and swear by it I had to buy it for my son so he doesn't steal mine. Everything I cook in it turns out so tender and delicious that lately we've been very creative with the types of spices. We just spread teriyaki chicken breasts on top and tried pineapple slices cooked with them. They were excellent with fresh taste. We even fried pineapple with chicken breast.
