Overall I am happy with this cat box BUT my cat will not use it with the front or top on the unit. She feels trapped and complains (MEOW LOUD). When we tried the top-only box, she didn't seem to like it either. She was very cramped in this room and couldn't stay in it long enough to use it. So for now we're just using it with the side and back panels - they're great for storing stuffer. My cat has a habit of about - so the front is open, not the top. We hope she gets used to it and puts the front back on. if she gets used to it, then maybe the top. the time will show.
