I received this trash can with a dented, scratched and broken tab at the top of the screen. This has worked so far, although the tab broke off at the top. Next time I will probably choose a different product, a better one.

Very difficult to assemble. I fought for about 20 minutes but in the end I prevailed! The latches at the top broke during installation. But it's still good there. There are small gaps where the pieces should fit snugly together. Although there isn't much.

The drawer is very difficult to pull out, making cleaning much more difficult. Plastic parts are cheap and break easily. Something broke during assembly. Parts splinter when cleaning. Garbage is still everywhere. The only positive thing is that it looks good. Don't save money if you want a quality product.

I liked the concept of pulling out the cleaning drawer, but it doesn't pull out easily. You kind of have to push, shake, shake, and eventually it will slide out. Would also like to put a cat door in the top hole as my cat doesn't use the top due to the location and isn't a fan of the cat door. The cat door was easy to remove, just wanted to attach it to the top opening so I wouldn't lose it. Pretty solid, I wouldn't move it with just junk in it.

Overall I am happy with this cat box BUT my cat will not use it with the front or top on the unit. She feels trapped and complains (MEOW LOUD). When we tried the top-only box, she didn't seem to like it either. She was very cramped in this room and couldn't stay in it long enough to use it. I expected better quality. The instructions didn't make any sense either. It says to press on them to snap them into place, but after gently moving the sides to place them on the bottom of the pan, they kept falling apart and pressing on the brittle plastic made me feel like it was going to snap . when I push harder than I was.
