I liked that they are very attentive to your needs - they listen well and then tailor what is best for us as individuals/businesses when it comes to our security needs. They also do some great marketing efforts which helps increase business. At this time we have not had any issues but they seem like an organization who takes pride in customer service. If you want someone to look after your system's health, be prepared for good communication skills and attention to detail! We need a reliable partner to work with us (and be there for us) at all times so that we know that if something happens out of routine or even outside normal hours of operation, help will come quickly. The benefits include peace-of-mind knowing that my data and business operations are being protected by professionals.
