The first thing that struck me was the packaging. I was expecting quality from Microsoft, but it was so cheap I didn't expect more. It was packaged in a box and plastic blister and opened very easily. Instructions with diagrams are shown immediately after opening the box and this is true plug-n-play. I can see the packaging was designed with the customer in mind. It came with a battery and the color is exactly what I expected. The design looks so simple I thought I'd sacrifice convenience for the price. But even with such a simple design, it fits perfectly in the hand. The most important thing is tracking. It's solid and purposeful. Although I've only been using it for a short time, I'm very satisfied and will look out for the Microsoft brand in the future.
