Their team is very proactive and works well with our business operations to help keep in line with our needs and expectations. The team is quick to respond and have done so since we were first introduced to them over 10 years ago. They can often think outside the box and are able to implement new ideas that no one else thinks possible. There is really nothing I dislike about their service. You won't be disappointed if you choose CIMA Solutions. We needed assistance to run more of our payroll process internally. They implemented some custom software to make it easier for us which was perfect! The team at CSG has been very helpful in solving problems with my website over several years of ownership by other companies as well! They are always willing to help when you need it most - even if they don't have an answer right away (which is often). I've had nothing but positive experiences working w/ them all these yrs so far & would highly recommend their services!!
