Review on Danco 10323 3Z-16H Hot Stem for Glacier Bay and Pegasus Faucets - White by Dan Tsourvakas

At first I hesitated to buy this spare part because someone wrote that it was cheap and had plastic parts. But my craftsman installed it before me and while we were chatting he showed me that the brass and silicone part is just how it's supposed to be. There's nothing plastic there. It's not an exact replacement for the original, so it's now much tighter on the tap. No leaks, but difficult to turn on and off. And my Super had to swap out some internal parts of the original for a replacement. (He's a very experienced guy.) But it's a lot better than replacing the whole faucet.
