They are well made and I actually got 12 instead of 10 and I didn't realize they came with all the extra balls. I find they fit my regular belly ring and they are amazing. However, for me they weren't much more comfortable than my original belly ring, which I had to take off because it was starting to irritate my pregnant belly. What I find most comfortable is this regular earring (see photo). You'll thread it through your belly button piercing a few times since it's a lot thinner than your original 14 gauge barbell. And I added the charm that came with one of those belly rings. I've been wearing it for a week now and I can't even feel it. No irritation.
