I know spiked collars look good and bad but when used properly they are INCREDIBLE for training and USEFUL for keeping your pup safe to keep. For spiked collars, I make sure the spikes are NOT sharp, round, and flat. I love how this comes with rubber tips and additional rubber tips. The good thing is that it is easy to put on and take off. Using it for 10-30 minutes during the first few walks doesn't distract my pup and when not in use it's much gentler on me than before. I was glad he loved children and after some practice he didn't run off to try to shower the child with a love that might frighten the mother, which was the goal. Hopefully this will be used less and less over time. I have a double coat puppy which makes him less aggressive on the skin. Many Thanks.
